Pastor Bamikole (Banky) Gbangbalasa is the Resident Pastor of CAC (WOSEM) Baltimore. Ordained a Deacon by Bishop Showell in 1991 and thereafter the chairman of the Deacon Board, he has never looked back serving the Lord in different capacity since then. General Overseer

Reverend (Dr) Paul Obadare is the General Overseer of Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM of USA, Canada and Europe. He is a dynamic, humble and seasoned minister of the gospel. Under his leadership, the ministry has been transformed to a spirit filled ministry with unusual growth in all areas of the ministry. He is presently doing some new work in Europe according to Romans 15:20-22.
Dr. Paul Obadare entered into ministerial carrier in 1982. In 1986, he became the first African minister of Mount Zion Primitive Baptist church in Selma Alabama, serving as the associate minister while attending Selma University. In 1989, Dr. Obadare completed his Master’s degree in Religious Studies in Howard University Divinity School, Washington D.C, USA. He received his PhD, degree in Theology from International Seminary in Florida, Florida state USA. After this degree, he took a job as a professor of New Testament in a local Seminary and Bible college where he taught for seven years and at the same time completed another Doctorate degree in Counseling.
